The AFC North is poised for a division crown but it has a chance to do so with an impressive group of quarterbacks and running backs, but the AFC South has a lot of question marks and is likely to finish a few games behind the AFC West.
The NFC East:The Eagles, Falcons, Bears, Falcons , and Cowboys.
The Falcons and Cowboys have the NFC’s best defenses and should be able to close out the season on a high note.
The Eagles have the top offense in the league and should dominate the NFC West this year.
Bears fans should be excited about the return of quarterback Jay Cutler, who led the NFC in passing yards and touchdown passes in 2017.
They have a solid defense, led by cornerback Brandon Marshall and safeties Earl Thomas and Dezman Moses.
The Falcons have the best pass defense in the NFL, led largely by defensive end Brian Poole.
The defense could be the best unit in the division this year, and the Falcons should be a top-10 team.
The Cowboys have one of the best offenses in the AFC, led primarily by running back Ezekiel Elliott.
The offense should be the NFC South’s most explosive, with the Cowboys rushing attack led by Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott.
The AFC North:The Steelers, Bills, Dolphins, Bengals, Colts, Browns, Jets, Raiders, Ravens, Titans, and Vikings.
The Steelers and Bills are the NFC North’s most promising teams, led mostly by the offensive line.
The Bills defense will be an instant star in 2017, and they will lead the AFC North in points scored, passing yards, and rushing yards.
The Dolphins defense will have a big year this year with star safety Reshad Jones and running back Kenyan Drake.
The Bengals have the AFC’s best offense and should make a deep playoff run.
They should win the AFC East if they can run the ball and score points.
The Bengals defense has one of most talented units in the conference and should win a lot more games than any other team in the East.
The East has been the division’s biggest underdog this year after a disappointing season for the Patriots.
The Panthers are the best team in that division and should have a good season.
The West:The Rams, Chiefs, Chargers, 49ers, Broncos, Chargers , Rams, 49er, Seahawks, and Giants.
The Rams are one of NFL’s most exciting teams, and it is difficult to imagine them falling off the map in the second half of the season.
The Chiefs are a dangerous team led by linebacker Aaron Donald and wide receiver Tyreek Hill, and have a promising young defensive backfield led by DeMarcus Ware and Jeremy Lane.
The Chargers have a team that should be among the league’s top teams this season, led not only by quarterback Philip Rivers but also by running backs Melvin Gordon and Shane Vereen.
The 49ers should be poised for another big year and have one the best defenses in the entire league.
The Giants should be in a position to be a wild card this season.
Their defense has two star players in linebacker NaVorro Bowman and linebacker NaVarro Peña, and that duo should be very effective against opposing offenses.
The South:The Panthers, Falcons and Jaguars.
With a healthy Josh Norman and an elite running back in Leonard Fournette, the Panthers offense should make strides.
The Falcons are the biggest threat to the Panthers defense and should take a big step forward in 2017 if they run the football well.
The Jaguars have one-two punch in wide receiver Allen Robinson and cornerback Jalen Ramsey, and should create problems for opponents.
The Saints should be an easy division favorite this year and should run the table against the Falcons and Jets.
The Midwest:The Cardinals, Packers, Bengals , Packers, Lions, and Titans.
The Cardinals are the AFC Midwest’s most dynamic team and should surprise in the playoffs.
The Packers have a young quarterback in Brett Hundley and will be a force on offense.
The Lions are a young defense led by defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, who is a dominant force against the run.
The Titans have an offensive line led by Leonard Williams and pass rusher Tyson Jackson, who will be one of this team’s best offensive players.
The Southeast:The Jaguars, Buccaneers, Chiefs , Texans, Chiefs and Chiefs.
The Chiefs are the Southeast’s most dangerous team, led almost entirely by quarterback Alex Smith.
The Texans have a strong running game led by Deshaun Watson and tight end Owen Daniels, and could win a few more games in 2017 than expected.
